Xbox one X keeps crashing and freezing!

I just got a new xbox one x less than 2 weeks ago and I've used it with no issues for the first weeks. The second week while I was playing Arkham Knight a message suddenly showed up saying I need to clear my local saved games. I didn't think much of it
and just ignored the message. After a couple of minutes the game goes to a loading screen and crashes. I quit the game and went to the home screen. Thumbnails of games and apps wouldn't show and the entire system became super slow. I immediately trued restarting
the xbox but as soon as I hit the restart button it freezes. I then had to force shut it down and even unplugged it for a few seconds. After it finally turned on another message showed up instead of booting up saying the console didn't start right and needs
to restart. I restarted it and it worked. I tried clearing the local saved games as it asked and even deleted some games. After clearing some space I had about 400gb free and the console ran smoothly for a few hours. The next day I turn it on and tried to
launch YouTube. It crashed about 5 times before I could open it. Then after restarting it I tried to play some games and the thing just restarts the whole circle again crashing and freezing. I have read a lot of other cases of people having the same issue
and they tries a hard reset deleting the games but nothing works. Xbox needs to investigate this issue because claiming to be "the most powerful console" and can't even run YouTube is simply embarrassing. Please if anyone can help with this problem I really
need it because I didn't even enjoy the thing for a week and it's having this kind of issues

Are you on an Xbox One X, by chance? There were some known issues in Metro Exodus with crashing and freezing on the Xbox One X, sadly. Hopefully these issues will be getting patched very soon.

Hi there,

You'll need to factory reset your Xbox if it continues to give you a system error. Select the troubleshoot option from that screen and then select Reset this Xbox. After select keep my games and apps. Sometimes if the console has become corrupt, you may
need to factory reset a few more times. Eventually you may need to select the option to reset and remove everything if the Xbox continues to have system issues. If you have your Xbox plugged into a surge protector or power strip with backup power properties,
then unplug it from there and plug it directly into the wall. Power strip devices are not recommend as they can degrade the power unit over time.

That seemed to have worked for now. But the system error asking to troubleshoot or restart the console still appears when restarting it.

Hi there try going into settings and blu ray and disc the click blu ray and clear persistent storage 3 times and then after that go into network settings advanced settings mac address and selecting clear and let your console restart hope this fixes it
