Xbox One X keep freezing only home tabs

Well I recently sent my One X to support for a repair but the problem still continues, my xbox still freeze only on home tabs, I have try power cicles and a hard reset but it is only a temporary repair. I looked into forums and aparently it's an insider
program problem so I want to leave the program, I alredy quit with my xbox but I want to do the same with my profile.

Someone knows how to do it?

Dashboard freeze after quitting a game

Yep same here. Only had this problem yesterday but I quit two different games and my Xbox One X froze on the home screen. Even a power cycle didn't fix it. My X has been playing games fine just this freezing problem when quitting back to home. I suspect
it's a firmware issue but if it continues beyond the next Operating System update I'll be contacting MS directly.

 

Assasins Creed 4 crashing

Got the 0x87de0bb8 code as well AC4 freezing then crashing alot during gameplay. I keep having to quit from home then start the game again, concerned this is my xbox one malfunctioning cant tell if it the game or not as I only have AC4 (digital download

Did you tried to do a factory reset? You can do it without losing any games or apps installed.

Yes, I try it but it is only a temporarily solved, eventually the problem will apear again.

 

Were you able to get this taken care of? Usually reporting the bug to the insider app will allow them to fix it while you retain access.
