Xbox One X is very loud while playing Red Dead Redemption 2

I just bought RDR2 and my xbox one x ist really loud while playing. Its like i life next to a highway. Is this a common issue? I had a similar problem with my normal xbox one and i had to sent it 2 times back. Then it was fixed and really silent.

The xbox one x is as loud as my TV sound while playing and its annoying.

I dont have the game yet but I can imagine it’s pushing the console pretty hard. The fan needs to spin faster to keep the console from overheating. This is normal. Sadly it also creates more noise.

Make sure all the vents are free from dust and debris may help if the console is having issues getting enough air it may run a little louder. Making sure you don't have a lot of things running in the background will also reduce the load on the console
while playing games.

Hey Manuela, sure thing. It was the Red Dead Redemption 2 deluxe edition for the Xbox one, not series x or s.

I had the same problem. I played Doom Eternal and my console would switch off and the fan would sound very loud before it shut down. I thought it was an issue with the game. But later it happened on Red Dead Redemption 2 and Outerworlds which are Enhanced
games. I decided to buy a new Xbox One X because sending my Project Scorpio Edition away for repair would have been a hassle. Not only was the new Xbox One X not as loud but it didn't shut down over and over again on. If you ask me you'll have the same problem.
You either will need it repaired or replaced. Sorry
