Xbox One X is broken

Here is a list of all the problems I have had in less than 24 hours.

When loading something the screen will go completely black and just stay black. The only response from the controller is holding the home button until the switch off prompt comes up. So I switch it off, I have power saving mode on but if I turn the console
back knit just goes back to the black screen. The only way to get rid of it is by unplugging the console from the wall. This has happened 6 times so far.

Next problem is every now and then when I try to start a game or app it comes up error code 0xc03f6508. Once the first program does it all programs start doing it. When I typed the error code into the help section it told me that this error does not exist.
This has only happened 3 times so far.

The last problem is that the console will randomly cancel my downloads. It simply removes them from my queue And I have to go back to the ready to install page and start the install again.

Something worth of note, while not Microsoft's fault, the install size of halo 5 is 100+ gigs. Being is Australia with our super **** internet it takes between 48 to 72 hours to download a 50 gig game depending on network conditions. So a 96 to 144 hour
download for a 4k res which I can neither use or want has made a lot of triple A games not worth buying. Which means most games on the console are not worth buying meaning the console is next to worthless because I can't play the games I want to on the console.
Just an interesting paradox.

So im not going mental, the new patch is broken

Xbox one x is broke again

You should be under a warranty till Feb 2019 or later depending on where you live. After your console is fixed you have another 3 months to repair it depending on where you live.

 

Mine completely bricked in a hour and won’t turn on. Still waiting for Microsoft to send me another one but they still haven’t even shipped it yet. Very disappointing

 

I am having this same issue - with just about everything I try to start - can't play any of my games! The 0xc03f6508 code is a new one from yesterday - the one I was getting yesterday would show the opening picture of the game and then I'd get a message
saying that it "took to long" to load and bumps me out. I didn't right down that code but it wasn't the same as this one. I've repeatedly tried restarting my brand spanking new Xbox One X to just have it keep happening over and over again.

And yeah, when you get a message with that Code number to go to their website and punch in that code and then to be told that code doesn't exist is just ridiculous!

Just tried again - the other code is 0X8027025a
