I use my wifi I use my phones wifi no matter what info I can't match make in games can't connect to servers for other games party chat always disconnects I have high speed internet for phone hotspot and 100 mbps speed on my house wifi what is wrong am I supposed to restart my router everytime I turn my Xbox on cause that only helps half of the time I've got one other person on my wifi we've got a handful of items using the house wifi and nothing on my phone

Could it be an issue on my internet provider's end specifically affecting my Xbox One X? As I have my classic Xbox One plugged in along side my Xbox One X and can see it still performing downloads at a significantly faster speed then my Xbox One X.

Why would it only be the one x machine and not the one s ????

Lets rule out the internet service provider, its an xbox one x issue its pretty obvious.

All other pcs, gaming consoles and devices connect without issues

I'm having the same problem on Xbox One X. My internet appears to be solid. I'm in the preview program if that matters

No, not the issue with your internet. But as has been mentioned earlier, the Xbox Live services themselves are experiencing some issues
