Xbox One X intermittent wireless connectivity issues

I've been tweeting Microsoft since 12/08/18 with no one replying; my Xbox One X is quite often unable to find my wifi router via a wireless connection. To resolve this issue, I have to unpower the Xbox and power it back up to connect. Is this a known
issue? How do we permanently resolve this matter?"

Is the connection stable enough or are you experience intermittent connectivity issues to Xbox LIVE?

Have you tried to change the wireless channel and see if it improves anything. This was one of the solutions from the guide I've posted.

Let us know if you got a sufficiently good connection to Xbox LIVE.

Intermittent Connectivity Issues

There is only one reason I can think of to update or factory default you router's firmware , connectivity , I've seen it work before and it's usually the first thing they will have you do if you ever have to call your routers support number...I always
like to try everything on my end so I can say " naw , already did that" .....hope your call back works

It is a somewhat uncommon issue to not be able to see any wireless networks on your console's wifi list but turning off and unplugging fixes that.

Can you connect to another wifi source and see if the problem still happens there? So it's not just your router?

If it still keeps happening I would suggest a warranty repair:

Hello, bostonmobb0341! Based on the results you posted, it looks like you are trying to connect with the wireless adapter from your Xbox, correct? Have you tried to use a wired connection to your router? It seems to me that the wireless router is not
handing out an address for your Xbox. If you have other wireless devices in the home, are those devices experiencing intermittent connection issues, as well? If other wireless devices are experiencing intermittent connection issues, then it could be the wireless
radio in your router might be dead/dying. Try a wired connection, if you can, and post up your results.

Are you connecting wireless or ethernet?

Try changing the wifi channel.

You can do this by logging into your router settings using a web browser.

If you post the make and model of your router someone with knowledge of that router may be able to tell you how to do it.
