Xbox one X installion stopped

Hi any one else having trouble installing games and apps to the internal drive on xbox one X? mine just keeps saying installation stopped. sometimes it will install to it but most the time it refuses to install on to it. tyred everything
from disk from xbox live even moving from an external drive fails. Xbox support on twitter were no help

this sounds like the xbox one installion stopped bugged.

 

Halo Wars won't download

I tried to download halo wars to my xbox from my disc and it said installion stopped and it said to enter a code on xbox help. I did and it said the code was invalid. What do it do?

 

I’m having same issue, 2 hours with support trying everything helped nothing, I can’t play dvds without freezing also, sucks

 

iam having same problem will not install any games constantly getting error messages having to hard reset all the time done 2 factory resets iam just thankful i kept my old xbox one considering returning x back to shop for money back. Installing games onto
external drive via old xbox hoping i can play games on x from that. What a waste of £450 not a happy gamer

 

I`m having the same problem, I can see my ready to install games and apps, but when i hit install nothing happens. Also when i try to play installed games they take to long to load and i get an error message. at first i thought it could be my router, i recently
changed over to BT Infinity 2 fibre with the "Smart" Hub, I`d had problems with NAT type previous and found the new hub has problems with Xbox possible to do with IPv6. so i found an old hub 5 from BT and connected the Xbox to that....... and i was able to
install games, but as soon as i go back to the "smart" hub the problem returns. the old hub just connected using IPv4 so i am wondering if the problem lies there.

I`m curious to know what internet service people are using who have this problem?
