Xbox One X - Installation Stopped

Hello, So I am having some issues on installing *any game on my Xbox One X. I have tried every possible option including:

Resetting my MAC address

Resetting my Xbox (Full power down & unplug for 1 minute)

Tried using different DNS (Google DNS, Open DNS AND manual DNS)

After I reset my DNS using these three, I ensured that I still had internet connection

Tried changing my IP address (Manual IP)

Tried resetting my router (To ensure that it was not my home network)

Tried downloading the games both to my internal storage, and my external storage

Tried unplugging my external hard drive (Maybe it was causing confusion)

Ensured that I had enough space on my Xbox internal storage to install the game(s)

Tried FULLY uninstalling the game (To ensure that an update wasn't causing the issue)

Tried Factory Resetting my Xbox

Tried doing remote installation from my PC (Turned on remote management)

Tried removing my Xbox account and re-adding

Removed/re-added my device to my Microsoft account

I have troubleshot this thing to the absolute max, to no avail. I have even tried to view logs on the Xbox, except I could not find out how to do that (If it is even possible) to see why the installation was failing. I am at a total loss here and just bought
the game pass. This means that it is not any one specific game server that I am having issues with, it is 100% the Xbox. The games that I am having problems with are:

Dirt 4

Pubg

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

Forza Horizon 4

Rocket League

If someone could shed light on this problem, I am sure that you would help thousands of people with the same issue. Is it hardware, or is a bug with a system update that Microsoft just isn't fixing? Either or, this console was $500 and I just purchased the
game pass to play games that I have wanted to try for a long time, only problem is, I cannot install them!

So as of right now, I am downloading the game to my Xbox external hard drive that I have connected to my PC. I dont know if this will work, but I hope that it does. I also have the "Enhanced Error Reporting" checked so that all of these logs are going to
Microsoft for them to troubleshoot, not that anybody actually cares about this, but I have it checked anyways. Here are some technical stats on the Xbox if a Microsoft agent actually reads and responds to this:

OS version : 10.0.18363.8124

*Edit : Tried installing the games to the external hard drive from my PC, but could not install the game because the MBR of the hard drive is not recognised on PC. Funny, I thought that Xbox OS was just a modified Win10? Idk I mean I am a CyberSecurity Engineer
and build hardened Linux and Windows 10 systems from the ground up, so I just dont understand how you can build an OS without a way to view error logs.

Is it actually cancelling the installation or does it just say "installation stopped"? I ask as sometimes Xbox One consoles have issues with some discs....I spent a week installing Forza Horizon 2 from disc on my One X as the install kept stopping after a couple of minutes and I would have to manually resume it

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that your console is having issues downloading/installing games. Are these titles all digital downloads or are some of them disc games? What exactly happens when you try to install a game? Does
it stop at a certain percentage, does it start downloading at all? Do you get any error codes or messages that we can go by?

Aside from that, have you attempted to download games while your console is connected to a different network? Another home network would be best for troubleshooting but a hotspot could work if its all you have.

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I am sorry to know about the installation issue; However, we have multiple detailed troubleshooting steps for this matter on the official Xbox website to help you take care of it. Before going through
the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500
(UDP).

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console to check if it's
installing this time.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you
to sign in to the account.
