    Xbox one x installation problem


    I am trying to install GTA V to my new Xbox one X. Whenever I put the disk in, the installation process begins smoothly but between 1-2 gigabytes the installation just stops, and whenever I try to resume the installation after a couple seconds it just stops
    again which allows for no progress to be made. I have tried multiple times to take out the disk clean it, reset the console, and do just about every online solution I could find.

    I know the problem is not with the disk as it installs perfectly fine on my old Xbox but it just doesn’t seem to work on the new one. Has anyone else experienced this?

    It would be very helpful if someone could provide me with a possible solution.

    Guten Tag,

    Hab mir heute die xbox one x gekauft und habe leider schon das erste Problem. Das Spiel assassins creed origins lässt sich nach der Installation nicht starten. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung 0x8027025a. Ich hoffe mir kann hier geholfen werden, leider kein guter
    Start mit der one x. LG.

    Have you tried clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds?
