    Very Angry:

    I bought xbox one xonle for paly media,but:

    1), when use it to play a movie ,it often displays nothing,

    2), can not load captions/title file;

    3),can not resize the picture,can not cover all the screen;

    4),can not play 3D movie,can not change LR-3D frame to Red-Blue 3D...or other ways.namely ,user can not player 3D freely.

    5},when plae pure music ,the screen almost dispay static picture for long time . It will
    damage TV .

    Suggestion:

    Learn poyplayer- a good software in PC,or MXplayer In Andriod.

    Please Take users as human!

    Cruel and inhumane

    If I must watch the advertisements to play Microsoft solitaire collection PLEASE add a mute button!

    I've seen the damned Monistat feminine oder ad so many time I can recite it from memory...

    It isn't the only ad that that does not have a mute button, it's just the most annoying!!!

    If this isn't remedied I'll start contacting your advertisers and explaining my displeasure to them.

    Perhaps if you begin losing advertisement revenue you;ll see how serious this is!

    Maybe you have large manly hands. Have had no problems with it. Major Nelson did say something about pushing buttons something like a million times and that it was "inhumane" that's why they tested the controller with machines. It was in a video where they
    gave a glimpse around Xbox headquarters another women who worked for Xbox was in the video. I doubt only 1 hour of even solid gameplay is inhumane. Do you have high blood pressure/diabetes? Maybe it's just the size of your hands unless it's a manufacturer
    fault. They did invest millions on the design of the controller.

    Block, Avoid, Mute     any user that are involved in such misuse of the service. Try not to listen too much about what other players belief is regarding the Xbox file complaint system, as most of these comments is showing a lack of understanding for how the
