Xbox One X immediately shuts off when turned on

I had this issue too. If the solutions provided by Microsoft Agent XBF Brad A do not work, you should try and perform a hard restart. Unplug the console for 1 full minute. If that does not work, watch this video. This method works on all Xbox One consoles,
though the button placement is different.

I ended up having to do this method, watching this same video. However, be advised, you will need to install your Gamertag again, as well as all your games and apps.
