Xbox One X Image Error

I bought my Xbox One X 6 months ago, on December 2017, and i haven't had an issue with it until now.

When I turn on my Xbox One the TV doesn't show an image or the usual Xbox One logo at the beginning, in fact it doesn't show anything at all, like if the HDMI wasn't connected. First I thought the cable was the problem, so I connected another HDMI cable
I had to the Xbox One X, but it didn't work either. Maybe it was my TV so I connected another Xbox One that I had (the first Xbox One from 2013), but it worked perfectly. I searched for help in the support page at xbox.com, I have tried every solution they
gave but none of them was effective.

I don't know what happened to the console, I have it in really good state and I have never drop it or hit it or anything that could have make it stop working.

Please I need help with this, it's practically new and I alredy tried the option of sending the console to service and repair but i would have to pay for another used Xbox One X, and it doesn't seems fair to me that option. Thanks for reading my problem,

Fixing an Error code

My Xbox one X freezes at the power up 4K image and then I get an error code

anyone else had this error code

Custom Profile Image

Hi,

I have a problem with my custom xbox profile image. Maybe someone can give me a tip.

When I select an image on XBox One, Xbox One X or XBox iOS App the image is uploaded without error message. All friends see my new image BUT on my own devices the new image is not shown. It works with predefined images on my devices BUT not with a custom
image. I've tried it with dozens images, all at least 1080x1080px. And as I said: My friends see the new custom picture. Any ideas?

Additional Info: I have a custom user image on my Microsoft Account. I want the same image on my XBox devices.

as far as I know the standard warranty on an Xbox One X is 1 year from Microsoft (depending on the region/country it might be longer) so any repair and sending it in should be free (as long as the warranty seal on the console hasn't been broken) and you
are in a official Xbox supported region.

Regarding the issue, if you have tried any step available on
https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/tv-or-monitor-screen-is-blank-while-connected then there is no other option then setting up a repair request to have it fixed and sending it in.

 

Thanks for your reply WPAK, my warranty is still valid, but i forgot to say, I bought my Xbox One X in USA and I'm from Mexico, because of this my warranty here is valid but the price i have to pay for a repair is $5000 MXN pesos, around 200 dollars and
I can't afford that, its practically new the console and its unfair I have to pay that quantity just for the region I bought it.

 

If you know anyone in the US that you can send the console I think they should be able to arrange for the console repair under warranty for you.
