XBOX ONE X HDMI problem / XBOX ONE X Problème HDMI

Bonjour,

J'ai un soucis qui est aléatoire sur ma ONE X, parfois, en jeux comme l’accueil, l’écran devient noir pendant un court moment puis reviens. Des fois, il apparaît des petit freeze d'image après mais le pire que j'ai eu qu'une seule fois heureusement, plus
rien a l’écran part de la neige multicolore.

Que dois-je faire ? Car j'ai tout essayé, changement de câble HDMI, vide du cache (rester appuyé pendant 15s sur le bouton M/A), cela n'a rien résolu.

I have a problem that is random on my ONE X, sometimes, games like home, the screen goes black for a short while then come back. Sometimes, there is little freeze of image after, but the worst that I had only once fortunately, nothing on the screen except for
the multicolored snow.

What should I do ? Because I tried everything, HDMI cable change, empty cache (stay pressed for 15s on the button M / A), it did not solve anything.

I bought a LG 27UD69-W , I must HDMI Ultra Deep Color "ON" for 4K resolution...

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already, please try out the troubleshooting we have listed in our

"Display Troubleshooter"

Even if the Display troubleshooter doesn't come up for you automatically, these steps should help you out! I would start off by checking out the Xbox while it is plugged into a different tv or monitor.

Bonjour, Pour être plus clair je vais lister ce que j'ai fait et la situation précise :

- TV HDR 4K Samsung (test info affichage = RAS, pas de changement de résolution ou autre coupure due la TV lors des extinctions d'affichage)

- Câble HDMI changer par un neuf

- Elle est constamment en mode "démarrage rapide"

- Elle le fait surtout au début après l'avoir allumée

Voil , je pense demander une réparation car je soupçonne une faiblesse d'un composant lié la sortie HDMI.

Suis-je le seul a avoir ce problème ?

Hello, To be clearer I will list what I did and the situation:

- Samsung 4K HDR TV (display info display = RAS, no change of resolution or other cutoff due to TV during display outages)

- HDMI cable change by a new

- She is constantly in "fast start" mode

- It does it especially at the beginning after having lit it

Here, I think to ask for a repair because I suspect a weakness of a component related to the HDMI output.

Am I the only one to have this problem?

Is this occurring when attempting to use the 4K Resolution setting on the console, as in other resolutions do not experience the
display issue mentioned?

If this is so, attempt to follow our Troubleshooting 4K and HDR on Xbox One for further assistance regarding
the 4K display resolution.

If this happens to be consistent with all resolutions, a repair may be suggested as the HDMI is meant to adjust the console automatically without experiencing any setup/display errors.
