Xbox ONE X HDMI PORT NOT WORKING

I turned off my xbox and went to bed, and the next day i turned it back on and my tv said the HDMI has no signal. My other devices connected to my others HDMI ports were working fine. I tried switching the HDMI cable out for new ones, using a different
tv, and even doing hard resets by holding the power, sync, and eject button all at once for 20 seconds. NOTHING WORKED! Please help because i havent been able to play xbox all week

If you have exhausted all of the solutions, then the last resort is to submit a repair order to Microsoft to get the console fixed, as it would seem that the HDMI port is worn out or damaged.

So I bought a brand new Xbox one x about four months ago. Everything was fine until a couple of days ago I went to turn it on, it turned on but nothing appeared on the screen. The next few days I bought a new HDMI cord but it didn't fix it. I made sure I
had it on the right channel and even changed power sources. Nothing has worked I don't know what to do.

I have the exact same problem with my Xbox One X for the last couple of weeks. I tried all sorts of troubleshooting tips I could find on the Internet but nothing has worked so far. It did run in 1080p once and in 720p for a while but doesn't scale to 4K.
My Xbox One X is in warranty but the customer support of Microsoft is too slow and hasn't responded with a solution yet.

Do you still have this problem or did it get resolved?

a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on) and you still have not been able to view anything on your screen, your console may need to be repaired. You have a couple of options when it comes to setting up a repair:

• go to your local Microsoft store
• set up the repair yourself online
• contact Xbox Support and request a callback or speak to a Virtual Agent

Have a look at the troubleshooting article to see if there is anything you have not tried and if you're still unsuccessful in getting a picture on the screen, then you'll know that you need to get your console repaired.

Actually nothing worked , i ended up just logging onto onto microsoft account on my laptop and my console automatically popped up . When i clicked on it , it said i still have a warranty so i just went thru the warranty process . Only took 3 weeks tho
!!! But basically my port was damaged so only they could fix it no home remedies but im back on xbox now !!! Add me if u want @thickdaddy300
