    I have tried every possible troubleshooting method. I have looked through the forums as well as reddit and youtube and found that many have had similar issues. We all have come to the conclusion that there is no way to fix said issue ourselves. That I
    understand. What I don't understand is why I can't have the store that I bought my console from send my console in for repair. And I also don't understand that when I bought my console on July 21st 2020 (meaning I still am able to use my 1-year warranty),
    and I attempt to jump through the hoops to send my console in, I am unable. I input all my information, and when I get to the payment and billing information page, nothing shows up. A blank page. This has been going on since two weeks before the launch of
    the latest console. I can't even request to speak with a real person now either. Please, I would love to have any sort of actual assistance with this issue.

    The Xbox One X is the only console that has HDMI 2.1. Xbox One S has HDMI 2.0.
    The Xbox One S and One X both use HDMI 2.0,

    The Xbox One uses HDMI 1.4

    The Series X will have HDMI 2.1.

    I'm very sorry to hear that your Xbox doesn't seem to be displaying... have you checked the following?

    • Verify HDMI cable works with another device
    • Verify the HDMI input on your TV or Receiver works with another device
    • Verify that the HDMI cable is plugged into the HDMI IN port on the Xbox One X
    • If you have another display (like a HDMI computer monitor or another TV) try connecting it to that
    • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable while the Xbox One X is powered on

    Check if it's just the display having issues... if if the Xbox One X isn't booting properly:

    1. Turn on the Xbox One X, and connect a LAN cable to your Xbox One X and to your router
    2. Log into your router and check to see if your Xbox One X is showing up on the network
    3. If you can see it on your network than that means that there's an issue in your display chain specifically
    4. If you can't check it that way, see if the Xbox App can detect your Xbox on the network
    Do controllers wired to the Xbox One X power on and light up properly? This is another way to check and see if it's a display issue, or if the XBox One X isn't even booting properly

    Hopefully one of the items listed above will help us get closer to the source of your problem 🙂

    I used the HDMI 2.1 port when i did my PC testing. I even tried different HDMI cables.

    The issue is the Xbox One X system. Im wondering if Microsoft is able to fix that with a patch or softwarw update.

    Doing some research, it seems the One X uses HDMI 2.0 which might be the issue. Im just concerned if I will have this same issue with the Series S/X that i pre-ordered.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Are you using the HDMI cable that came with the Xbox One X? The HDMI cable that is included with the Xbox One X is designed for 4k televisions. If an HDMI cable that does not support 4k is being used, it
    could cause issues with the video feed. Is this console enrolled in the
    Xbox Insider program    ? We recommend utilizing the article entitled
    Troubleshooting 4k and HDR on Xbox One X and Xbox One S     in order to resolve this issue. Be sure to let us know the results!
