Xbox One X Having crashing and freezing problems

I am on Xbox preview member I have only got these problems since the update My Xbox One X keeps crashing and freezing And turn itself off when I go to turn it back on are ticking noise from the right and side back of the Xbox then it all shutdown but
if I leave you for two hours it will come back on so I factory set my Xbox with work for a couple of days then it happened again so I did it once again But now I cannot install a game or app because coming up site installation stopped

Xbox One X Games freezing?

Everytime I play fortnite my game freezes after about 6 mins in. Anyone else having issues with games freezing or crashing on their Xbox One X?

Ive done some searching and other people get the same problem but only with Xbox One X Enhanced games.Everything else is ok so I think there's an issue with them that xbox needs to fix!

Solution 1: If the console is too hot

If you received a message stating that your Xbox One console is getting improper ventilation, or it's hot to the touch, follow these steps:

1. Turn off the console.
2. Wait at least one hour.
3. Move the console to a well-ventilated spot.
4. Turn on the console.

Important Make sure your console is in a cool, well-ventilated place. Remove any objects on, under, or right next to the console.

Solution 2: Troubleshoot your power supply

If your console continues to shut down unexpectedly, the problem might be the power supply. For information about how to troubleshoot power supply issues, visit Your

Solution 3: Change the console settings so it doesn’t turn off automatically

1. Turn on the console.
2. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
3. Select System > Settings > Power.
   
4. Select Turn off or restart.

If you follow these steps but the console continues to get hot and shut down, request a repair.

 

I would try another factory reset tbh. I left the preview program a few months ago after an update started messing with my controller input. If the reset isn't enough, maybe leave the program for a month or two, or at least until the next update.
