Xbox One X Hardware/Power Problem

I’m having a problem with my Xbox One X console. When I try to load any game it works normally for 10 minutes then my whole xbox crashes and powers off. I’ve tried hard restarting, removing my account and downloading it back, deleting the game and reinstalling
it, and even resting the whole console but nothing works. Could someone tell me what I need to do?

Also, just wondering, is this a fairly new console or an older one? And what color light is showing on the power brick when you have the Xbox One turned on?

Is your console plugged directly into power outlet?

Or is it connected into an extension cord, or a surge protector?

If connected via extension, try connecting it straight into outlet.

The x has it's own surge protection, and external surge protection is advised AGAINST.

If the issue continues, I suggest checking out hardware troubleshooting, and if this bares no success, maybe a faulty unit

Yes, I have the xbox plugged in directly into the wall socket without any surge protector. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem but thank you.

You can also try resetting your console to the factory specs. You can use this

Have you got an external drive connected to the console?

If so, after powering down, disconnect Ext. HDD and power cord from the console for a minute or two then power the console back up without the Ext. HDD and see how that goes.
