Xbox one X hardware issues?

I have an Xbox one X (not the series x) that over the past month I noticed it was getting slower. My old regular xbox one was running faster than it. Particularly on rainbow six siege. About a week ago siege would freeze my xbox and after a few days my xbox started taking 20+ minutes to show the boot screen when I turned the xbox on. Then another 10 or 15 minutes to get to the sign in screen. If I could get past the sign in screen nothing would work or load. Not even the xbox settings or xbox guide menu. At one point I managed to get into network settings and go offline and the xbox worked great again until it connected to internet. Nothing at the time was updating. I held the power button for 15 seconds and unplugged the power cord for 15 mins to clear the cache many times and it didnt help. I factory reset the xbox deleting all my stuff and it still takes more than 10 mins for the xbox to turn on most of the time and sometimes have to factory reset again to get it to work. Any idea what the problem could be?

In case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with steps):

If you already tried the offline update, I'm thinking that can be an issue caused with your internal HDD, this can cause the slow booting and freeze issues with games and the system in general

Worth giving it a try changing the HDD for another first

factory reset.

If that does not do the trick, then have them try going to the
device support page. They should be able to see their warranty status as well as the price for an out of warranty repair.

It was brand new, which is the main problem considering the console itself wasn't even 2 months old when it started happening

If used he should register and check the warranty status

Within 6months amazon will cover you however with 123 warranty

Have any other games crashed like this? I have an Xbox One X and have no issues launching and playing Modern Warfare. It almost sounds like you have a hardware issue with your Xbox One X. Is the unit still under warranty?
