    Xbox One X hardware failure (No TV signal)


    So my One X decided to stop working after just 20 months of ownership. This is crazy.

    A few days ago I noticed that it was taking a while for my xbox to boot up with picture, didn’t think too much of it. Now last night it simply quit booting up with picture or sound. At first I thought it was my TV but it appears to work fine with my other
    consoles and PC. I tried swapping out HDMI cables and I even tried different HDMI ports but did not find success. I am certain now that it is an issue with the xbox.

    Anyone else experience a similar issue and found a easy resolution? Being stuck at home with a dead xbox sucks!

    I would appreciate it if someone from support could get in contact with me to resolve this issue.

    A friend of mine got a similar issue time ago: he had to send the console to assistance for an problem in the hdmi port.

    Hi Oskayra,

    I've used the same cable. On multiple devices that would accept other devices but the Xbox one x.

    A Nintendo switch is connected successfully with a cable to the tv. I've switched it to the Xbox one x but the tv doesn't recognize a signal.

    Console keeps freezing.

    During the launch this console it had many problems, Almost all were hardware defections and failures, i would take it to a repair shop to get it evaulated and if there is any problems attempt to fix it. You may also have a broken HDMI port which causes
    you to have no signal to the TV.

    Xbox One X 4K pass thru?

    When you say 4K pass through, are you talking about a 4K source sending the TV signal to the Xbox and then to the TV? Or sending the Xbox1 X 4K signal to pass through a 4K receiver and then to the 4K TV?
