    Hi,

    I'm Steve.

    I'm using an Xbox One X Console project scorpio edition. its been just more than a year since ive purchased it.

    it now has a hardware issue where the console dont turn on. some times after two three tries it turns on for few minutes but turns off or freezes

    and stays like that till we force shut down.

    Ive tried switching off and on.

    removing the electrical connection and reconnecting it and turning on as it is mentioned in the online support but the issue still persists.

    Ive tried contacting the store who sold me this. but they say stores warranty is only till one year. but online when i checked it still has warranty from microsoft.

    can someone please help tell me how to go with it. and get it an official service.

    My xbox is of course just out of its warranty. My question is which piece of hardware is faulty. This is my second xbox one x (first one fell off the shelf and damaged the HDMI and even though that one was still under warranty yall decided to send it back
    to me unfixed). So my question is what do I need to cannibalize off my damaged xbox to get my other damaged xbox working again. I'm at close to $1000 I've spent on these consoles and I'm not very happy that the people at xbox won't fix at least one of them
    for me.

    If it is not a hardware failure, it’s not covered under warranty. If you damaged the port they’re not responsible. The retailer has nothing to do with anything unless you purchased a separate warranty through them

    Have any other games crashed like this? I have an Xbox One X and have no issues launching and playing Modern Warfare. It almost sounds like you have a hardware issue with your Xbox One X. Is the unit still under warranty?
