Xbox one x hard drive problem!

I have had my 1x for literally 1 year and 1 month. I got the black screen! I've done literally everything possible. Offline update worked once and I got my xbox to turn on. I started downloading a game and it shut off and would only boot to error screen.
I shut it off and unplugged it over night. Come back this morning plug it in and turn it on. It turned on and had reset itself. So I went through setup and got to the dashboard. I then go to install the game from disc. It said it needed an update so it was
downloading the update and the disc at the same time like it always does. Then it did it again. So upon some research the xbox one x has had this issue for awhile. I've seen countless people say they have the same issues with their 1x. I then call support
and get absolutely no help and only got interrupted and treated as if I was incompetent! I have bought every xbox since the original. I then buy the best console you guys offer so I can have the best gaming experience from a console and it didnt even last
a year! I'm completely discouraged on buying the new one next year and am completely
[Mod removed- edit] off that Microsoft hasn't offered a solution to an ongoing problem with their consoles! So I guess I have two questions, can I fix this? And, are you guys going to do anything about your faulty hardware?!

Hi, I had the exact same problem and it occurred on my xbox one and Xbox series x, it was in a external hard drive on my series x so I unistalled everything and reinstalled just the base game onto the internal hard drive then the zombies chronicles and it fixed the problem

You forgot the xbox one x used a ssd lol

There is no way that the One X uses an SSD...loading times for Forza Horizon 4: Up to 2 minutes to load on my One X vs around 30 seconds on my PC (admittedly has an M2 drive).

The hard drive in the One X is the: Seagate 2.5” hard drive, model ST1000LM035 which is a 5200rpm drive and is a mobile hard drive

I I'm not wrong some limited edition from Xbox One X was launch with 2TB Hard Drive, We can Change the original HD 1TB to 2TB too but is more indicate to use External Hard Drive ( By the way we can use until 4TB External Hard Drive without problem)

Faulty hardware needs to get sent in to get in repaired if the troubleshooters that was recommended didn't work. Some times hard drives do fail sadly.

If you are using a AVR

Turn on your devices in the following order, waiting for each device to fully power up before starting the next device:
1. Turn on your TV first.
2. Once your TV is displaying a picture, turn on the AVR.
3. Turn on your Xbox One console.
Use the Input button on your TV’s remote control to switch the input source of your AVR away from the console and then back (for example, HDMI1 to HDMI2, and then back to HDMI1).
Restart the AVR.
Set your TV connection to HDMI:
1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings >
  Display & sound.
3. Select Video output > Video fidelity & overscan.
4. Under the Display dropdown, select the HDMI option.
