    Xbox one x hard crashing randomly


    Recently ive been having an issue where my xbox one x console will just randomly hard crash and shut down. This seems to happen when i use a background app like spotify or soundcloud to listen to music while playing a game. So far i have tried hard resetting, factory resetting, made sure my console is well ventilated, and also tried reinstalling the apps but nothing has seemed to help. If there is any other suggestions to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

    If you reset the console erasing everything and the problem persists I recommend reporting the problem so it can be fixed in future updates.

    You seem to have identified the problem already. Do not use applications that you think are causing the crash. Uninstall them.
