Xbox one x Guarantee

My Xbox one x was pretty new but it has picture loss problem.It went on but no picture.And i send it to Germany Frankfurt.But it has been there 1 week already and nobody has not checked it.This friday 02.09 they send me a mail somebody checking it but
it has been 2 days more ..no answers.Starting to piss off a bit.How loooong it takes to check it?

Well you gotta remember given the current world siituation wouldnt you expect delays in updates?

Gernany among other countries have strict rules now duento the current world siituation some olcountries have reduced hours

I know that the xbox one controllers will work om the xbox series x so they should but I cannot guarantee it, we will have to wait and see

March's Xbox Quest does not come with a guaranteed reward, and instead you will receive extra entries for the Gold Xbox One X console. Hope this helps clear it up!

Anything that currently works on Xbox one with very few exceptions will work on series X. If a game is not currently backwards compatible, the backwards compatibility program is currently suspended until after the series X launch with no guarantee to resume.
