Xbox One X - Green Screen when accessing HULU and SLING

I have a new Xbox One X that will load a green screen when launching the above apps. It can happen multiple times in a day. The only resolution is the hard reset. Is there by chance a permanent fix? I have an original Xbox One in another room and have
ZERO issues with the apps.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We recommend performing a soft factory reset. This will reset the operating system and delete
all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. You will have to re-sign into your account, so make sure you know the email and password before performing this step. This will also reset the home Xbox settings.

Please note that if you are part of the preview program, you should report this issue through the insider hub, as well as to
the insider reddit instead of doing the factory reset.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, select reset and keep my games and apps

You know the little short video that plays on an xbox one x before the xbox green screen logo? Thats when its static/snowy. Then it shows the normal xbox logo. When trying to use any video streaming app is when all i see is green screen with audio.

I tried what you suggested, it went to 680x680 like you said but it only dispayed the static/snowy screen in lower quality and still experienced the green screen with audio only on netflix and hulu.

I have this same issue. I had static on my Xbox whenever it started up and during the opening credits of Dead or Alive 5. I had a green screen when watching some game clips sent to me constantly for those clips until recently. Also, I had a green screen
when using Hulu and Netflix one day, but only that one day.
