Xbox One X got sent out to repairs, has come back in even worse condition! Shocking

Firstly let me say, I am a huge advocate for Microsoft and have been with them on Xbox for the past 12 years. However, I am shocked by my recent experience with Xbox repairs. I sent off my console for repairs to do with it not outputting a video signal.
My Xbox came back today and it is in an even worse condition, it does not even look like they have tested it fully! I got it out the box they sent it back in and connected back to my setup, and to begin with, it would turn on, display the green Xbox logo then
turn itself off independently, this happened over and over! This was not even happening before I sent it back, at least then it would turn on. With no instructions from the repair team, I tried a reset (holding the power button and button below it for an extended
time), this would take me to the option of 'continue' which would lead to the console turning itself off again and I am back at square one. The other option to do a full reset which I have now done (whilst it turned itself off multiple times in the process).
I am now in a weird stage where I have managed to sign back into my account but the Xbox will either turn itself off 20 minutes or 20 seconds of me turning it on. I am pretty shocked with this as I feel like it was barely tested in the repair unit and how
it was deemed to be sent back to me in a working condition is beyond me. I have tried to contact the support team with absolutely no luck. For clarification's sake I only sent back the Xbox, not the power chord or anything else and the power chord was working
prior. I am unsure what to do next, if I have to send it back for repairs I am not sure I want the same faulty console after all of this, I only bought my Xbox One X 9 months ago!

If anyone has any advice or suggestions on how to proceed please I am all ears. Times like this are the worst without a console!

So sorry for your trouble. I understand how do you feel. These are the bad times. We all need patience and understanding.

Hi there, I have tried using that support link all day and I can't seem to get through to anyone!

Each form I fill out ends with the same result of "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue."

With the other options being talking to a virtual agent - no luck here at all

Message with an xbox gamer - unlikely to fix

Or post to the forum - hence the post!

I really just need to talk to someone from warranty / repairs to see what options I have

I surprised by all the ebay bashing. Ive bought loads of games off ebay, they've all been in good condition, and got them for very good prices. Ive bought maybe 1 or 2 games second hand through GAMESTATION and Gameplay
and they've turned up in shocking condition. One of the games didnt even come with a manual, so i sent it back.

The exact same thing happened to me and I sent it in for repairs. When I got it back it was in worse shape then when I sent it in. Once I sent it in again, they sent me a new one.
