Xbox one X games randomly crash with no error codes

Same issue.

Xbox one X crashes only on NBA2K20 (Game pass). Can play other games hours and hours but NBA2K20 crashes randomly, or if I try to play NBA2K20 street mode it immediately crashes (every time).

Once restarted an error code stating overheating is presented on the screen, however, the Xbox is not hot. This also happens after an overnight with the Xbox unplugged, and in the morning trying to get into the street mode: it crashes immediately with the
same error code (no way the Xbox could get heated that fast to crash the machine 2-3 minutes after the first, morning restart).

Thanks for the help on requesting a replacement! And all the games work on my original xbox one with no problems, i played the division 2, sea of thieves, and monster hunter world and non of them froze even once. So i think its safe to say whatever was
wrong it was happening with my one x console only, maybe a hardrive problem or corrupted data on the console itself. Glad i could keepv you guys updated and hopefully this just randomely happened to me and can be fixed with no other issues!

You can also try just to uninstall and reinstall them two games. There may be a corrupt file causing them to crash.

Sorry i didnt explain more, this was my second post. I have power cycled and done the factory resets keeping and removing games ( i tried each way). It seems to be affecting only a couple of games like sea of theives which i own through game pass. All
my digital downloads and disc copies seem to be working fine. Now its mainly just sea of theives and monster hunter world that freeze at the same point on startup. Ive had no prior problems like this with those 2 games theyve both been out for over a year
and i doubt the problem is on the developers end
