    XBOX One X - Games missing from Games with Gold Library


    Hi there,

    Having and issue with few games missing from my Gold library:

    1. Forza Horizon 2 Standard - 10th Anniversary Edition
    2. Smite
    3. Forza 5
    4. Evolve Ultimate
    5. Project Cars Digital Edition
    6. Killer Instinct Season 2 Ultra

    I had this question rised and multiple Xbox gamers tried to help. Been advised to reset Xbox and keep the games. With no luck. One of the gamers transferred me to Mcrosoft Support team. And got same advise to do reset during chat. Following an email with case number to advise to do reset again. Very disappointed by Xbox Support despite seeing similar threads from user with the same problem. Like here :XBOX - Games missing from Games with Gold Library

    Not a console problem, but my account obviously.

    P.S. These games can be found and installed remotely from the web or Xbox app for Windows 10 but no display in the library.

    P.P.S. Got 2 Xbox One X at the moment with same library problem. Had an internal hdd upgrade to one of them with software re-install so not console related problem.

    Same problem. I've purchased a game for free with Gold. I played months ago for a few minutes, uninstalled. Yesterday I tried to find the game in the library and there is not. In the store is to buy.

    Microsoft makes no purchase invoice, because the purchase is included in the GOLD contract, so how can I prove that I have purchased the game?

    Has the technical support solved the problem?

    Removed profile but this did nothing. Tthere is no ready to install section, as games that were there have already been installed(AC4 & tomb raider).

    Is anyone from microsoft going to help us? I was advised to add my query as a new topic, i had commented on a thread with the same problem but with different games missing. thought someone may have at least acknowleged my issue. Or are we wasting our time?

    Exactly the same problem here...

    Games I am missing: Pool Nation FX, Child of Light, Massive Chalice, Idarb and Rayman as I remember.
