    Xbox one x games crash during startup


    hello,

    Since last Sunday my xbox one x has been been experiencing a new issue. When I launch a game, during the start up loading, it crashes and returns me to home screen. This happens with all games on my xbox one x. They work fine on my xbox one.

    I have tried rebooting, uninstalling/reinstalling games, removing and re adding profiles..and a system reset. I have not done a factory reset.

    I did update the system with this weeks update release. No change.

    Need help.

    This was the first thing I attempted. Ive even reinstalled games, moved them from external HDD to internal HDD and vice versa. Same results. Also preformed a factory reset ( non usb method )

    This issue still persists.

    What game are you talking about? When does the game corrupted message appear? In the game when you load a savegame, or during gameplay when the game crashes, or before startup with a system message?

    I'm sorry to hear that. My One X crashes sometimes too and closes the game out and puts me back on the dashboard but it only seems to happen during certain games. How many different games have you tried this with, that makes it crash?
