Xbox one x game problem PLS HELP

I'm sorry to hear about the various issues that you've been experiencing with you console and games. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console. [Delete Everything]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything, go with that option. Afterwards, you'll need to redownload your profile, games and apps.

Let us know how it goes and if it resolves the issue!

Modding isn't allowed in general. Including discussing it here since it's against the forum rules. It can create many other problems as well. My guess would be that's what causing these issues. You definitely want to do a full reset, You most likely have
a corrupted file somewhere.

Try doing a factory hard reset, if the problem persists I suggest you call for assistance

Unfortunately the hard reset did not work. Witcher 3 still froze at the exact same spot. I tried both physical and digital copies. I havemt tries AC odyssey yet but i think its fair to sayvthat probably hasnt been resolved either. I will call support
