XBOX ONE X - GAME PASS ISSUE - CAN'T LOAD ANY GAMES

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to check the
order history and make sure all the payments say purchased, and none say pending. Also as just a check the account you do see the purchase go to subscriptions on the console and see which game pass is active. There are three different ones, Ultimate and
console will work on console, however if by chanced you purchased game pass for PC it is only on PC. If still having issues can request a call from support. They will be able to assist you further.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Any solution for this??? I have this issue for 10 days now!!!!

Suddenly my xbox became useless because I have a game pass subscription and can't share games with my family.

I also did factory reset several times, it's still the same. Not working!

I CAN'T select the check, "make this my home xbox". Just loading and loading, and it's not checked.

Please reply someone responsible.

I have used xbox more than 10 years, game pass more than 4 years till now. Never seen like this before. Is this related to the recent software update?

P.S. Mine is Series X.

I am having the same problem with NBA 2K20 and only this game. I can't get passed halftime in a game without the my Xbox One X completely shutting down. When I turn the Xbox One X back on, I get a message that it shutdown to prevent overheating. The console
is in a well ventilated open space.

I have zero issues with any other game or app.

As ngocphi has pointed out, you can't download X/S games to an Xbox One console. The account with the actual Game Pass Ultimate subscription can play these games via the cloud but cloud gaming is not sharable. It is a feature only available to the account with the subscription. A second account on the "Home" Xbox One will not be able to play any X/S games through the cloud unless they actually purchase Game Pass Ultimate.

I appreciate the Xbox One X must be faster at loading games but the Xbox One's speed is fine to me.

The loading speeds of the One X are no better than any other Xbox One as they used the same hard drive...it used to take upwards of 2 minutes for my one X to load a particular game!! You aren't missing out there. The One X is really only if you want the 4k content
