Xbox one x game freezing/console shutting off

Its with multiple games. But apps work no problem.

Idk how to look up the specs but heres the link to one i bought.

The only time its shutting down is when the game loads up and i start playing for a minute. Not getting any actual error codes. Theres no dust on side ports and its in an open space.

Did this start from when you got the console from amazon?

If so, check your warranty and get it replaced.

Does the console display the Home screen and shut down soon after you turn it on?

Have you checked the ventilation holes on the sides of the console for dust accumulation blocking them?

Overheating will cause a dramatic shutdown of the console, and after it cools down and you turn it back on, a System message will display Overheating information, if that is the cause.

Got a xbox one x off of amazon. Console is renewed with 2tb hard drive instead of 1tb.

Games will freeze 1 minute into playing and then console shuts off.

I’ve done hard resets, deleted game and reinstalled, hard rebooted whole system, and even made sure its plugged into the wall. Still nothing. Works. Any ideas?

If it is a renewed product from Amazon, then it could be hardware fault itself with the Xbox

What are the specs, is it renewed with a 2TB SSD and other differences to the standard.
