Xbox one x game crash issue being even investigated ?

so every site I look at people are having the same problem with xbox one x (possibly xbox one also)

people including myself are all having games crash, freeze, reset to , reset and turn off the console.

is this being looked at ? is it just a coincidence that has been since the recent update to the os ?

I think people just want an answer that this is being looked at an it will be fixed rather than being told try reset your console or send it back an we will fix it.

Microsoft have been fantastic at taking care of its customers (from mine and friends experience) but this time they are hugely letting people down.

Star Wars: Battlefront II (X1)

Since an update a while ago it regularly causes my Xbox One X to hard crash and turn off completely. Only game that does this.

Need to try this update out - but hope it has fixed those crashes.

What games are freezing? Is it happening during single player or online multiplayer?

What's happening at the time the game freezes?

Is there a specific time of day it's happening?

Are you on a preview build of a game or dashboard?

Unless there's more details around when the issue occurs, it's tough to investigate and find a solution. That's why resetting the console or sending it for service is the best option currently as it's an isolated issue. I know plenty of users who
are not experiencing the issue with the console you're having.

experiencing similar issue. Xbox one s. Ever since the newest update was installed to my console- 8th december- all my games (digital and disc) crash and freeze on startup. Tried all troubleshooting tips. Reluctant to sending console for repair in case of
an update in the meantime. How can we let the devs know? I’ve also seen people experiencing issues like this.

I just purchased a NEW Xbox series x I have the EXACT same issue reported and BF 2042 is the ONLY program crashing like this. To tell someone to have their Xbox X serviced is a bit extreme being I have seen this same issue reported numerous other locations. Suggest EA and Microsoft TEAM UP and resolve this since it's in BOTH their interest to get resolution. Heck, it could be a 3rd party app being used by a disgruntled BF player to cause BF 2042 to crash. Either way, investigate it instead of tossing blame elsewhere.

i remember being curious if it was the xbox or my account so i did a test with my monitor and tv somewhat at the same time

xbox one S logged into my main account

Forgot to say the crash when pressing A is in the starting menu so I can't even do anything past that

if i have to use another account then that's ridiculous, it doesn't fix the issue it just makes it look like a convenient "fix" for ubisoft to avoid definitively fixing the game. my wild guess is their ubisoft connect app thing on their side is having a sync issue and why the game crashes?

I dunno but the troubleshoot doesn't work. Ive tried uno on the xbox one s, xbox one x and now the series x and after 2+ years i dont think those steps will help

Er well wont work I reinstalled uno again earlier on the series x to be sure and nothings changed

I'm having the same issue on my Xbox one X, it started with Warzone crashing due to corrupt files. Then my other games started crashing
