Xbox one x friends list has disappeared

My friends list about a week ago just vanished and when i add new people my friends list is still empty.

Xbox one removing just one friend

Xbox one friends list keeps removing just one friend. He just got the One X and he disappeared from my friends list.

Spent an hour on the phone with him trying to figure it out. Other friends can see him. I think I am the only friend with the insider club.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Your Friends List has disappeared- Solutions

If your Friends list on Xbox LIVE has disappeared, follow the steps bellow to troubleshoot the problem:

First, you need to restart your console.

You have to sign in to Xbox LIVE using your gamertag.

Now ask any one of your friends who is in your friend list, to delete you from his or her friends list.

Then, you need to send a new friend request to him or her again.

Finally, sign out of Xbox LIVE and sign in to Xbox LIVE again. You’ll see the friends list in the Xbox Dashboard.

Hello UEG Dev XO,

Our suggestion for the issue being experienced is to perform all variants of
Restarting the Console.

This along with an attempt to Remove and Add the account from the Xbox One console to sync any
information pertaining to changes being made for the account.

Go ahead and give these a shot for us and let us know if this works.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Is the console enrolled in the

Xbox Insider program? We recommend using a
soft factory reset. This is the type of factory reset that keeps all games and applications installed on the console. It will remove all profiles from the console. Therefore, the email address and password for those accounts must be known before this step
is taken. Be sure to let us know the results!
