    So i havent been able to paly any game because my xbox keeps freezing when trying to play, i i have restarted it so many times and when i try to sign in it give me the error code 0x80a4001a and it tell me to try later but it doesnt work till i restwrt
    my console a couple times then it lets me sign in and always asks forrrr my password and im trying to download a game but it downloads at realllyyyyyy low speed yet my internet is at 500 mbps m tried restarting internet as well but nothing. also sometimes
    when i turn it on it just leaves me on a black screen till i restart again. Can somebody help or give advice pleaseee :'(

    Are you on an Xbox One X, by chance? There were some known issues in Metro Exodus with crashing and freezing on the Xbox One X, sadly. Hopefully these issues will be getting patched very soon.

    I'll get the occasional freeze on the One and the X and they both make a loud buzzing sound when they freeze.

    Same problem here. Sometimes is freezes and returns to the home screen, some times the xbox freezes. It is happening on a xbox one x.

    This makes playing not doable. I am returning to my ps4 pro to many issues on xbox one x. No replies from Microsoft. They offer me to send it back for repair, but i have already doen that and had to wait 3 weeks but They didnt solve the issue. Not going to
    send it back again. Never xbox for me again..
