Xbox One X Freezing, Lagging, Crashing

I deleted my profile, I told you what to do and so did the representative that reads froma script like copy and paste but edits part of it. Like there name etc. I've seen alot of the same copy and paste replies on multiple threads with the exact same contents. Anyways apart from that we both told and I told you several times what to do. So why should I waste my time helping people if there gonna completely ignore what i say. I can see how support feels but can't say anything because of there rules and regulations under a professional manner. I'm not gonna help people because if i help people they aren't gonna learn anything being told what to do or helped. We have google for a reason especially for common problems. The things i have problems for i do my research before i contact any kind of support not just xbox. 9/10 my issue doesn't exist on google. like it's unheard of but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Just because someone or anyone else doesn't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. But like i said your xbox issue is common. It's a software issue the OS (operating system ) So doing a over the air update via your internet isn't going to solve anything. We both told you an offline system update article was linked. I'm also deleting my profile because people keep stalking my activity like posts/replies. It's annoying tbh. So in conclusion just figure it, out if you don't like the answer provided. You said in the first reply that nothing is gone. You picked keep games and apps you have to pick delete everything. No it won't delete any game progression or games purchased. That is all tied to your account. It's not local aka stored on the xbox when connected to the internet for save data it's only local when there is no connection detected. Microsoft is good when it comes to that.

Have you tried a factory reset and try doing an offline system update ? To me it seems you corrupted the os on the xbox installed to the internal drive. If you interrupted the update. So i suggest doing a fresh system update while offline after a factory reset. Apart from that any change in the boot animation aka the boot logo when you first boot up the xbox. The time it takes to get to the dashboard before and after this happened. That happened to my xbox series s regardless of being in standby and powersaving.

But did you connect to the internet in the setup ? You shouldn't be doing that at all you should be doing after the factory reset doing the offline update process. It involves a pc a usb stick and here's the link for how to do everything. The main cause for what you are experiencing is an OS aka operating system corruption. Doing one over air like that isn't gonna work because it's not. That's why you keep having these issues. You can also have a corrupted hard drive.

I've now factory reset my Xbox one X and after following the prompts I am met with the error code 0x80080005, I am told to visit a website and input the code but apparently it doesn't exist. I am also met with a slow and unresponsive menu/dashboard.
