Xbox one X Freezing & Crashing and Wont Load Games

Hello, my gamertag is and im having this issue with my Xbox one X it happened shortly after playing Tera for a while. I have systemupdates on automatic so im not too sure if its a system update that caused this ( if it downloaded while i was
asleep since i had none when i was awake ) and here is when i noticed the problem. I would go on Smite to play with my friends as my games crashed as we were going from God Selection screen to the loading screen. My party started sounding like robotic farts
as they spoke and my home menu froze and my xbox just froze didnt let me move anything. Scared as i was i hard reset and let it be off for probably 3-5 minutes and then booted it back up but this time no games wanted to load giving me " This game took to long
to load " or " Corrupted save data ". I decided to plug in my Xbox one and try out the games to see if it wasnt my saved data and to my knowledge everygame works just fine on my xbox one but not my xbox one x. i tried to reset it into the way i got it from
the store aka factory reset. It froze for 3 hours in the first screen of factory reset as i managed to factory reset afterwards and it worked just fine for probably 2-3 hours as it then reverted back to the issues before but this time didnt even let me get
out of the games boot up loading screens without crashing....... i would really like some help of this ive also request repair on my xbox one x but i have waited for a week now and still havent got the papers i need to send it to xbox.... so i thought if anyone
else here have had this issue might be able to help me out. Also have a half year left on the receipt on the store i bought my xbox at and they wouldnt hand me a new one they just said it has to go through xbox first but they are not helpin me out at all...

Xbox One X Games freezing?

Everytime I play fortnite my game freezes after about 6 mins in. Anyone else having issues with games freezing or crashing on their Xbox One X?

Ive done some searching and other people get the same problem but only with Xbox One X Enhanced games.Everything else is ok so I think there's an issue with them that xbox needs to fix!

I have been having the same problem since yesterday what is your Nat type on test it in network settings in test multiplayer connection.

Have you been in touch with the phone or chat teams to set up that repair? They should email the info and packing slip if they agreed to provide you with one.

If you are still not seeing that we would recommend reaching out to the
chat or phone team once more.

To be sure we have covered all the bases, is the console plugged directly into a wall outlet and are you using an external hard drive?
