    Xbox one X Freezing and crashing


    I am having an issue with my Xbox one x freezing and crashing.. I’m not sure what to do! I feel like I have done everything already.

    Things I have tried:

    cache clear by holding power button/ unplug etc.

    saved data clear

    Full deletion of games and redownload

    Xbox reset twice.

    Sigh.

    Any advice? Thanks!

    Are you on an Xbox One X, by chance? There were some known issues in Metro Exodus with crashing and freezing on the Xbox One X, sadly. Hopefully these issues will be getting patched very soon.

    I've just returned mine as had loads of crashing and freezing. Hopefully I'll get a replacement that works.

    Also got a original Xbox One and that works perfectly.

    Its a shame because the X should be the flagship console.
