    Xbox one x freezing and buzzzing to snowy screen


    My xbox one x is brand new have ownerd it less than a month and it now will freeze randomly and go to a snowy screen after buzzing the only way to fix is to hard reset the xbox it wont even turn off normally at that point .... i hd no problem for 2 weeks
    then randomly started happening very frequently now

    how can i fix this?

    its weird because i can be in a party on live and still be able to hear and talk for a bit while this is happening

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, first things first we suggest
    clearing out the consoles caches since when they get full might cause this type of errors.

    How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

    Settings

    System

    Storage

    Clear Local Saved Games

    Yes and Restart




    To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

    Settings

    Network

    Network Settings

    Advanced settings

    Alternate MAC Address

    Clear and restart

    IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNETno
    progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

    Hello John,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. This Is definitely a weird issue, especially since you have not had the console for too long. I think your console would benefit from a

    soft factory reset    . This will reset your operating system, while keeping your games and apps downloaded. So you will not have to redownload anything other than the profiles that you use. Make sure you know your sign in credentials before continuing.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    4. Select reset and keep my games and apps.

    After this, follow the set up steps on your Xbox screen and then sign into your account again. Let us know the results!

    Just tried that before you responded it did not fix issue as of today i cant play any of my games because of this issue it happens with each game i try to start

    Are you using the included hdmi cable? Perhaps try a different port on your tv or if possible a different tv
