Xbox One X flashing noise and green pixels with Philips 4k TV

If your console is stuck on a green screen, power cycling your Xbox console will reset the network card and clear the cache:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
   
2. After the console has shut down, unplug the mains lead and wait 30 seconds.
   
3. Plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the Xbox button .
   
4. If you still see the Xbox start-up animation screen for 10 minutes or longer when the console powers back on, go to: Perform an offline system update

I have a 4k samsung smart tv hdr this is the model: UN40NU7100FXZA; and I have the Fat Xbox One not S. So the image looks pixelated, poor quality image, I have used the "Game Mode" option and still look bad. On my previous Philips 32" led tv FHD
everything looks perfect and no configuration was needed. What do I have to configure?

If I'm not mistaking a Xbox One will only go up to 720p and Xbox One S and X will do 4k. I'm not sure how to configure your TV, however yourself can go to the picture settings on your TV and change them to your likings.

1080p
1080p resolution does the following:

• Displays images at a maximum of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

4K UHD
4K UHD resolution does the following:

• Displays images at a maximum of 3840 x 2160 pixels.

Verify that your TV is capable of HDR by going to the Xbox One X display settings and open "4K TV details".

In the Xbox One X display settings, ensure you have "color depth" set to at least "30 bits per pixel (10-bit)" to enable HDR.

Correct. Screen resolution remains constant regardless of screen size. However, as the screen gets larger, what does change is the number of pixels per inch. This means that pixels need to be increased in size, and, or spaced farther apart in order
to maintain the same number of pixels on the screen. Therefore, a resolution with more pixels (True 4K: 4096 x 2160) will look sharper on practically any sized display compared to a lower HD resolution like 720p (1280 x 720 pixels). 4K displays have more pixels
at their disposal to fill the screen, therefore will always look better than 720p, but the Xbox 360's hardware is limited to only display in 1080p max. Even if you have it connected to a 4K TV, the Xbox 360 will not upscale the graphics to 4K because it is
not capable of doing so.

Bottom line, an Xbox 360 will look better on a 4K TV than a 720p TV but will not display true 4K resolution due to hardware limitations. Any device on a 4K TV will look better than on a 720p only display because of the amount of pixels available.
