Xbox one x fix for console shutting down in games?

I have the 1tb xbox one x that is basically still new bought july 2020. The issue im having is many games, bethesda games mostly, freeze frequently, sometimes getting a horrid buzzing that sounds like a frozen note from an atari game, then game shuts down my console. I can't even exit to home menu or close game when this happens. It doesn't restart either.I have to turn it back on myself and it starts at 4k chip screen. I thought maybe it was a faulty disc drive but it happens on gamepass games too. Ive cleared saved data, uninstalled the games, cleared cache, switched to wall outlet,power cycle, and reset. Everything minus factory reset, Nothing helped. Doom Eternal is bad. I can't game capture even 15sec 4k clips while playing or console will instantly freeze.Or if i take a pic and hit nexus button to preview image console will freeze. Doom eternal only. Doom 4 had a few crashes. Worse is the tiny game, Fallout shelter which crashes after 5mins into game ever since the big xblive server crash a few weeks ago. Ive even tried to start a new game save in case save was corrupted and it still crashes. This game works flawless on ps4, amd mobile. There hasnt been any new patches for these games , theyre saved to internal storage and using wired ethernet.My console doesn't feel hot and has plenty of open space. Anything i can

to fix issue? Is my console faulty or are bethesda games unoptimized for xbox1?

Hi Verna1127,
you used all the troubleshooting steps correctly. The only two thing you have left to try are:
- move the game to an external disk ( more details here );

- factory reset.

If your console is still under warranty, you can request a repair service for free (otherwise it is for a fee).

Are you playing on X? If that so. MW has an issue with X. On the developer's side. They are working on a fix. The same thing is with Borderlands. Both of these games cause X to shut down. Information about COD: Link
Same as you, I am concerned about both games. No other games have done that since.

I have the same exact problem. However, I have found a workaround to the issue. My Xbox One X console fully shuts down only when I am in a party and when I am playing the game at the same time. The solution to the whole situation is to use game chat to
play with friends. By doing this I have not had the console shut down on me. Hope this helps until they fix the problem.

Ive also had issues with my xbox one series x shutting down. What is the deal microsoft? Fix your issues. I just paid alot of money for a console not to work. Pretty much bs
