Xbox one X fan noise

I have changed my xbox one x for 2 times... this is my third and wheni play woflestein 2 or vermintide 2 all are loud, high pitch sound.

Sorry my bad english, but i just want to know if it's the normal or if i'm unlucky and i find 3 of them noisy...

How i can buy a fan less noisy? it's not important for me to lose warranty i want to resolve because i can't play in this state.

Ps4 pro it's the same but when i buy xbox one x i want superior cooling and silence, i mean 500 euros for this kind of device it's ridicoulus.

I can send this one to repair too, but my question is:

How much percentage i have to take another lemon?

So hey, i recently bought an xbox one x and the fan makes a weird grinding noise when im playing games, is this actually normal?

So I bought an xbox one x and I recently noticed that sometimes while using it that the fan sometimes sounds like itäs slowing down. To better explain, I haven't noticed anything weird with the console, it's working as it should since I bought back in november
and not a single problem so far. But I just noticed in the past days that sometimes when you hear the fan working to take out the heat, from time to time it sounds like it's about to slow down on the rotations, but that only lasts for a second and then the
usual sound comes back. I only noticed this while being in a game, when I am on the dashboard or on netflix the xbox is whisper quiet. And another thing, sometimes while playing 4k hdr games, after a few hours of playing every 20 minute I start to hear to
fan revving up a little and the going back to normal.

So I was wondering if somehow the unit is not ok, or if I am just paranoid?

Xbox one X is a powerful machine and is supposed to be loud at times.

 

Wolfenstein II: The new Colossus and Warhammer: Vermintide 2 are both Xbox One X enhanced games that are being rendered at 4K, which is more taxing on the graphics hardware, and therefore produces more heat.

And therefore the fan of the console has to run faster to get rid of the heat. So the fan being louder compared to whenever you play a non-Xbox One X enhanced game, is normal.

I don't know your actual speaker or headset setup, but whenever I play on my Surround Sound system or through my headphones when my wife is asleep, I don't hear the fan on my console, no matter what game I play.

While the console is quieter than other consoles when you play "normal" Xbox One games, watch Videos or have the console idling on the Home Screen, games that demand full processing power because they are Xbox One X enhanced, will cause the fan to spin faster,
and therefore being louder than normal.

 

Ok thanks to all, but anyway i'm sad, i thinked was very less noisy compareted ps4 pro but when games are heavy it's the same...

The problem is the high pitch sound of the fan, do you guys know where i can replace my fan only?

Microsoft can sell one to me just for this case?

There is something wrong with your console.

My Xbox One X is practically silent. I can sometimes hear the fan occasionally, but the difference is night and day compared to my PS4 Pro, regardless of X Enhanced games are played or not.

All Xbox consoles need room to breath. If your console is in enclosed space, this will cause the fan to increase, and in the long run, decrease your console's life expectancy.

Plus, if you intend to have your console standing up vertically, you must have the Xbox One X stand attached. Standing the console up without the stand attached will block the ventilation of the machine.
