    Xbox one x FAN issue

i have has my xbox one x for about 2 years and have never heard the fan noise. A couple weeks ago while playing border lands 3 i had issue of glitching graphics, console shutdown i found a referance to the loud noise of the fan. Again i have never heard
the fan. So i proceeded to open the console to investigate the fan. When disassembled the fan was completly void of DUST...interesting?

when power cord is pulled no noise. I have to assume because there was 1. No dust the fan never worked. Now the noise is as others have posted on about theres runs loud all the time too. But i have seen only no results on why. Past two weeks it has played
fine but what i can do about the loud and off idle noise. Retired att computer systems enginner, degree in electronics, and have repaired many electronics devices ham radio, xbox 360 rrod....so please give a real responce dont tell me to clear the cache.
    No hardware catagory below???

    thanks

    :)

I also have issues with the fan. I have an Xbox One X and the fan is very loud even though it has enough space around it.

Xbox Series X issue with fan?

Hi, Connor! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble playing your game on your console due to crashing. No worries, I'm happy to assist you with this today.

It is not recommended to do self-repair. I suggest sending it for repair to your local shop or Microsoft. You can try submitting a repair order here. If that's not possible, you can take it to a local game shop to see if they can repair the console.

Log in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices using your Microsoft account credentials.

    Click "Sign In."

Choose "Register Device" then select the device you want to have repaired.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your service order request.

Fans are variable speed now the more the machine works the more airflow it needs to keep it cool so the sound can change.
