    Merry Christmas to all Xbox One X FAN is really annoying and loud :),

    i got my 4th Xbox ONE X exchange now, and the fan really annoys me!

    My Xbox has enough space in every direction.

    On every Exchange-Modell the fan get really loud when i play 4k Stuff?

    Is it possible that a FW-Update fix that Problem in the future ? Otherwise i will give it back and wait for a newer version of the Xbox.

    Xbox One X Fan sounds way louder than usual

    Ok I moved it and it has not shut off sense but the Xbox One X Fan noise is not constant and is still loud maybe not as loud as a jet engine like I describe before but still loud way louder than my Xbox One S and OG Xbox One, it would have a fan burst
    when I'm playing which is loud and annoying and the fan noise would never be at a constant noise level while I'm playing a game.

    Xbox One X is very loud while playing Red Dead Redemption 2

    I just bought RDR2 and my xbox one x ist really loud while playing. Its like i life next to a highway. Is this a common issue? I had a similar problem with my normal xbox one and i had to sent it 2 times back. Then it was fixed and really silent.

    The xbox one x is as loud as my TV sound while playing and its annoying.

    Just sharing my experience in case it helps. The first Scorpio that I had was very annoying as the fans were very audible when playing 4k games. The advanced replacement Scorpio that I got is much better and it is virtually silent all of the time. I have
    changed nothing in terms of set up and it is in the exact same place with the same clearance for air flow etc.

    Just keep sending them back until you hit lucky mate.

    Is there a game running in the background? Does the Xbox One X fan still kick in loud when you've fully shutdown the console and turned it on fresh?

    I've noticed that my Xbox One X is usually fairly quiet, but there are some games where the fan kicks in really loud, even if they're running in the background while I watch Netflix.

    I have similar issues. I have the one X since launch and the fans have been very loud pretty much ever since I got it. Someone told me that it might be because I am Xbox Insider as well, but I am not sure if that is really the case. It is annoying.
