Xbox One X failing to update to 10.0.18363.9135 Stuck in error loop

Hi there. So my Xbox One X console is unable to update to the latest 10.0.18363.9135 (19h1_release_xbox_dev_2002.200219-1515) version.

It gets to 8% and then says (There was a problem with the update) It refuses to go any further, after about 30 attempts on a wired connection.

I have tried the Offline update option with OSU1 on a formatted NTFS USB thumb drive. Opening up the troubleshooter by holding the
bind+eject+power buttons and pressing the offline update. It immediately says
unable to update and shuts down the console. I have tried OSU1, OSU2 and OSU3 but none will update.

The console will not launch to dashboard now. Once powered on it immediately goes to the update screen.

Just now it would give me the start chime with no display. Then automatically shut down on its own after 60 seconds. That loop lasted an hour, even after several power cycles (Removing power cable for 5 minutes)

Now I am stuck unable to launch the console to its dashboard as the February update is unable to install. Pressing Reset console just gives me this error
E101 00000503 8b060007. So I cannot reset to factory default settings either.

Anyway to fix this? I didn't just spend $600 on a console that I've barely been able to use just to have a brick. The warranty is expired and microsoft will want $250 for a repair which is too much.

When I try to Reset Console under Troubleshooter it brings me to this update loop which fails and sends me back to image 1





Which either sends me back to the 1st screen. Or shuts the console down and forces the update all over again. Which usually results in the error or a shut down loop.
