    Having a number of issues with my Xbox One X, the most recent of which being the fact it will not boot up, all I get is an error message: E105 00000000 8007045D. This is especially frustrating as I have hardly used the console since buying it so is effectively
    brand new, yet typically out of warranty. I can't seem to get in contact with anyone from Microsoft either on the messenger or via phone. I've had to factory reset my console before which only temporarily fixed the issue so would like a more permanent fix.

    I've had multiple issues over the life of the console the main two being 'a problem with my saved games' and the blu ray player app 'taking too long to start'. I am not sure if these are all related, but a factory reset only temporarily fixes these issues.

    The only option I can see on Microsoft's support website is to send my xbox off and have It replaced for £236 which I do not think I should have to do seeing as it seems like an issue with the console from factory. As previously mentioned, the console has
    rarely been used and has never moved since setting it up so the console is effectively brand new.

    Any help/advice would be appreciated, as I currently cannot use the console at all.

    These were the system errors I was getting E200 000000EF 00000000 and E105 00000000 8007045D. My Xbox One X would freeze and it the loading screen for the Xbox One X chip video would be lagging and out of sync with audio and video. I would also get something
    went wrong errors and syncing problems.
