    Xbox One X failed update

Hey all, booted up my Xbox yesterday and was greeted with "Update time!" which is usually an exciting message. This time, the update fails telling me to check my network connection. After verifying connectivity, I reboot and start the update again. It fails, again.

Did some googling and figured out how to do an offline update via USB and OSU1. Everything appeared to be successful. Booted into the OS and signed in. The Xbox seemed pretty normal, with the exception of missing icons for apps, which was resolving as I removed and reinstalled them. Watched some Netflix, and pre-ordered BL3, went to bed.

Today, the Xbox hung at a black screen. I did a hard reset, and powered back on. Another black screen. It eventually booted into the OS. Guessing the OSU1 update didnt go so well, as there is no more XBOX green boot screen. Then the device just shuts off.

Re-attempted to install the offline update and now after reboot it is showing me and E102 error. Hooray! Some further Google searching landed me on a thread mentioning OSU1 is incompatible with Insiders. Awesome...

I have a 500$ paperweight, what are my options? Any insider based offline update?

TLDR; Preview Update failed. Offline update performed. Missing boot screen. Powered itself off. Won't boot. OSU1 fails 2nd time around. E102 error. Expensive paperweight. Help please?
