Xbox One X - Every game crashes on startup.

HiJesseBrown6, you seem to have already done everything, there is more to try at this level except through the support. Sorry for you.

It does sound like you've done the necessary steps to clean the system to help relieve the strain on console. I would suggest checking to see if your console is current on all of it's updates as that could cause some issues. If you are good in that area,
you may just have to call Customer Service for a service request.

As a personal suggestion: Try freeing up your consoles memory to where there's more than 50% left. I did notice when I was using up more than 50% of my consoles memory, games I were playing would froze up or crashed more frequently.

won’t start or freezes during gameplay and go through every step on the article. There are about 18 total solutions to try, ultimately leading to the console needing a repair if no solutions work for you.

Please try every step on the article, including the Offline System Update Diagnostic tool and potentially even a complete factory reset removing everything from the hard drive and then let us know the results!

Storage and updates are both good. Thanks for your suggestions, unfortunately I can't afford the $340 for the service request so I'm going to exhaust r every option!
