    Xbox One X Error


    My Xbox One X about a week ago started to bug out. Everytime i start it up the screen turns grey and says, "Something went wrong" and the error code is 0x80070490. I dont know how to fix it but i need help.

    On xbox one x series i play mw3 and it often shows DEV ERROR 12943 how do i fix that

    which Xbox do you have? Xbox one X or Xbox series X? They are different things. Series X has the fan on one end of the rectangle

    I've been looking into this one and it is very strange as that code, on a PC, indicates a Store issue but not on the Xbox it seems

    Also interesting that the code isn't even listed on the Xbox codes page...surely they must have come across it before!!

    The upshot of this seems to be a full factory reset may be needed
