Xbox One X Error - There is a problem with saved games

Hi there

I keep getting the following fault coming up on my Xbox (every day) and today three times already!

It says there is a problem with your saved games it then tells me to clear all saved games (which I have done 20 times at least and twice today) but the message still appears.

sometimes I also get another fault saying system error E105 00000000 8007045D and it then wont let me restart the Xbox.

I have done a full system reset and whipped all data but it has not fixed it can anyone please help me ?

Hi there, also try using an alternate storage medium? e.g. external HDD just in case what you are currently using is faulty.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

You will not lose your games saves when you upgrade to the Xbox One X from Xbox One as your game saves are stored on the Cloud.

You don't have to transfer game saves from the Xbox One to the Xbox One X.

They (game saves) will sync once your console (Xbox One X) is connect to the internet.
