    I have a xbox one x. Which has been stuck in the something went wrong page. I have tried every method to reset the console. Every time I try (including offline update it fails) I have even replaced the hard drive. Any idea what could be wrong? All help is appreciated!

    Offline update

    I have tried doing an offline update per instructions on the support page but get an error message each time of E106 00000009 80070002. I have read that there is something different about the console being part of the insider program.

    Ok, used a different power supply from my daughter's Xbox and got it to at least start up.

    USB effort fails, but actually makes it to 4% with a new error code: E106 00000009 80070002

    After multiple attempts, the best it would do would be 6% on the"Preparing Console" screen.
